Part 4: Forms Of Fitness Training
This article is part 3 in The Principles of Fitness article series, so if you have not read Part 3 on the Elements Of Exercise Programming by clicking here now.
Now that you understand the essential concepts of fitness training, I will go over the different types of training so that you can figure out which one is best for yourself and your fitness goals, as each training type is meant to accomplish a different state of physical fitness. The more of these you use the better an athlete you will be, and so if you are training for general athleticism you would want to employ a mix of most of these different types at different times during the year.

The Principles Of Fitness
Part 2 – Basic Aspects Of Exercise
This article is part 2 in The Principles of Fitness article series, so if you have not read Part 1 – Essential Fitness Concepts yet, be sure to do so by clicking this link here now.
1 – Compound Exercises
Compound movements/exercises are exercises that engage multiple muscle groups, not just one. So for instance doing a chinup engages most muscles of the back, as well as the rear delts (shoulders), biceps and even the chest. Doing squats engages all of the muscles of the legs, and even a little bit of the lower back as well. These are examples of compound exercises, as opposed to isolation exercises (explained below), and are superior to isolation exercises because compound exercises engage and work muscle groups together as they were naturally meant to be, give you the ability to do more work in one exercise, and create more anabolic hormones/processes in the body.

263Over the course of my life I have noticed that there are a successful socialite person who is welcomed everywhere they go and able to make friends with just about anyone. These rules are taught from childhood by high society or socialite parents, and sometimes by higher status individuals to lower status individuals when inviting them to social functions, or sometimes teachers or friends, but without having one of these people in your life to teach you how to function socially in situations where your manners really matter, you are bound to do something rude or offensive, or that shows low status or that you do not know how to function socially in these types of situations and probably do not get invited to many social functions of their nature. Thus showing bad social manners at any type of social function will most always cause you to not get invited to any like them in the future. This makes you socially unsuccessful and thus you will have low social status.

Introduction
It’s no secret that most men do not understand women very well, and thus they have very little idea about what they are doing when they try to get women. Even the men who are good looking themselves, or think they are good with women often actually are not, and will fail and get rejected time and time again because of the mistakes they make. For in fact ALL men have 10 common general mistakes that they make with women.
These 10 mistakes are so common because of a number of things: the way men are socially conditioned and made to think this is how they are supposed to act with women, a lack of understanding of women and thinking that what works on themselves should work on a woman, being taught the wrong things by parents and peers, which used to work or may work in theory but actually do not in the real world of today, and sometimes just having limiting mindsets. Unfortunately any time that even one of these common mistakes come up in an interaction with a woman it will kill all chemistry you had with her, all of attraction she had for you, and destroy any chances you had with her. For these are the things that most rejections are due to.

You may have heard before that there are a few different levels of consciousness, such as the unconscious, subconscious and conscious, or the Id, Ego and Superego. But there are actually 7 more specific levels of consciousness pertaining to how your mind processes thought and information in order to make it part of your consciousness and mental reality. These 7 are what I am going to teach you about in this article here today, and they are known as:

Many people do things to try to live the lifestyle that they want, to be happy and healthy, but are not successful in it, and wonder why even though they are doing X, Y and maybe Z too their problems haven’t corrected themselves and they aren’t living the optimal way they want to.

Everyone knows that there is nothing fun about getting older. In fact it is a very painful process that not only robs us of our youthfulness and everything that made it good, but causes us to lose our strength and energy, our health, our attractiveness, and causes us great pain and suffering and greatly depletes our quality of life. In fact some say that there is little reason to live for a long time because of the fact that the second half of your life isn’t very good at all, and can get quite bad for many people who have to deal with serious difficulties and physical disorders that old age causes.

Everyone has wants and needs in life, as well as things they do not want in life. And people want to be able to get what they do want, and not what they do not want. In fact being able to choose to get what you want and not what you don’t want is seen as one of the most fundamental inalienable human rights.
Why? Because that freedom to choose what happens to you goes right along with the fundamentally important human quality that we believe makes us human beings and gives us our humanity. What is that quality?

The whole reason I created True Life Development was because I am awake and aware enough to see all of the problems with the world and with human nature, at least with modern man. The world is failing, and in many ways headed towards an apocalypse because of this. There are so many of social issues and personal issues we need to correct if we are going to better ourselves as a species and make the world a better place. This is why I created True Life Development – to help people to better themselves in order to enact widespread social change over time and make the world a better place for us all to live in.
But of course widespread social change all comes down to the individual and their own personal development. If you are not self actualized and living your dream life as your highest self, then you are no good to society. And since most people are not doing that, but rather are doing the opposite, living in poverty, illness, and degeneration, hence we have widespread social problems in this world.

Logotherapy & Ontology:
The Meaning Of Life & Purposeful Living
Many people these days do not have a great sense of self, life purpose, or meaning in their life. Many are simply walking through life in a waking daze like zombies or robots. You probably know a lot of people like that. Perhaps even you yourself have been this way at times. Is that how you want to live your life?

You Are A Product Of Your Environment
And Your Environment Is A Product Of You
My Experience With Nature Vs. Nurture
I grew up in the country, a very small town on the outskirts of the city of Rochester NY about 40 minutes away from downtown, and 20 minutes away from the nearest grocery store. It had a lot of nature and that was great for many reasons, but it was also very desolate. My mother was very sheltering and isolated me from most other kids I wanted to play with. She was also very oppressive and wanted to indoctrinate me in her own ways and prevent me from associating with anyone she didn’t approve of, and she didn’t approve of most people. This conditioned me with a lot of social anxiety and depression, as well as other social issues. In fact as I would come to find out my mother was a sociopath, and really enjoyed causing psychological issues in me that she could then despair about and blame on things such as the divorce and my father and popular culture, and then force me into therapy that I did not want or need. For a while I was very unpopular in school, but I was not a stupid kid and was able to figure out what it took to become popular and get in with the popular crowd. However even as a teenager she would not let me hang out with other kids outside of school without first talking to their parents as if I was a child and she needed to arrange “play dates”. Thus I had to become very rebellious and independent and learned to just do what I want and find my own way.

How Wrong is it to be Wrong?
Many people are afraid of ever admitting that they are wrong. They feel like it is wrong to be wrong, and better to just be right all the time. And even if they are not actually right, they feel it is better to assure others that they are. This comes from a place of ego and not wanting to admit than you had done something less intelligent than you thought. However admitting you are wrong and correcting yourself actually seems more intelligent. And if you look at history, you will see a lot of very large examples of highly intelligent people who did great things but also did great things wrong and should have realized they were wrong sooner when they could have done things greater.

What is “Love” Really?
The Complete Science Explained!
In this article I am going to be talking about and explaining the actual science of everyone’s favorite topic: LOVE!
Love is the biggest thing that everyone seeks after in life. That or something resembling love. It is one of the greatest human desires, and not only that but one of the greatest human needs. But why is that?
It’s not just because love feels better than anything else in this world (next to sex of course, which is a part of love). Its because of what is behind those good feelings and why exactly love feels so good. You see love is actually a function of evolutionary psychology that is very meaningful….but not in the ways that you think!

Emotions and Psychology in Athletics/Fitness (and Injuries)
Two weeks ago I sprained my ankle doing parkour, which was very painful, and set me back in my practice of it. It has been a rough experience mentally over these past 2 weeks since doing my parkour workouts has really been a large part of my lifestyle, and my personal identity. I has really made me realize just how much being an athlete is mental as well as physical, which is one of the reasons I chose parkour as my new sport in the first place. But I had not realized just how much emotion played into these things, as sometimes your mind and sense of self esteem is really put to the test in athletics, when facing failure and injury.
