Secret Health Drinks to Supercharge Your Body!
I don’t normally give away my best secrets for free, but I’ve been enjoying life so much and was feeling like I just wanted to share some of my blessings with the rest of you, so here are some of my special secret health drinks that will supercharge your body!
Isantis Tao’s Secret Shamanic Medicine Brew
This is a very hydrating, cleansing, detoxifying, energizing drink. I invented it to replace the master cleanse. It gives your body a lot of organic electrolyte minerals, has a lot of medicinal properties, and will make you feel so much better if you are tired, low on energy or even hung over.
1-2 Organic Lemons
1 tsp baking soda
2-3 Ounces Aloe Vera
1 tsp Turmeric Paste (optional – it will taste good without this, but does not taste good with it, though it is much more medicinal with it)
Add ingredients into a 12 Ounce cup and fill the rest with filtered water and drink as fast as you can. You may have this up to three times per day.
½ Cup Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Black Pepper
1-1/2 Cups water
Blend ingredients into a pot and cook over medium high for 10 minutes. A paste will form and will begin to cake away from the sides of the pot. If it gets too dry add more water.
Put into a jar and keep in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
This is an ancient ayurvedic remedy that has a lot of medicinal properties. It is cleansing and detoxyfing, is great for inflammation, for your immune system and a variety of other things. You can drink this every day. Its especially good at night and will help you sleep.
1-2 Tbsp Turmeric Paste
2-3 cups of Almond milk
2-3 Tbsp Honey (to desired sweetness)
1 tsp Coconut Oil
Heat over medium high until the milk is golden in color. Cinnamon optional, but recommended.
Superfood Fitness Milkshake
This is a really badass superfood milkshake I invented for after my hardcore parkour workouts so that my body could heal. You can use it as an after workout protein shake like I do, or a meal replacement. You will find that it is extremely filling and sometimes hard to eat after drinking it.
2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
4 Tbsp Flax Seeds
4 Tbsp Hemp Protein Powder
4 Tbsp Brewers Yeast
½ – 1 Cup Pumpkin (with seeds) or 2 Tbsp Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder
4 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (Do not use the kind with hydrogenated fat and emulsifiers)
½ Cup Coconut or 1-2 Tbsp Virgin Coconut Oil
Raw Cocoa Nibs or Powder to taste
Approximately 2 Cups Almond Milk (Or other non Dairy Milk, to desired thickness)
Dates and/or Honey and/or Brown sugar to desired sweetness (I recommend using all three, about ¼ cup all together)
Combine in a blender and then blend until smooth! Makes 2 servings. I recommend having one after your workout and one the next morning.
